About
I dedicate this little blog to George Contini, my Advanced Acting professor who gave me the inspiration for this writing endeavor.
One of our first assignments for this class was to write a personal credo, including anything and everything you could think of. I started writing a few nights ago and shot out thirteen journal pages of notes with 52 personal credos. Some were very serious, and some were completely. But that was the creation of one night only. Who knows how long my credo will take to write.
As I shut my journal I realized how sad holding this to myself would be. And then I thought of the blog I had to create for my Writing for the Web class.
If you can kill two birds with one stone, you might as well make it a public affair.
This blog focuses on the slow churning of my brain as it begins to create a credo or manifesto of my life, my beliefs, and whether I live out anything I believe is true. It will contradict at times, repeat itself, become vague and have to find itself. You may join me in the journey if you wish to watch me blunder about finding what it means to believe in something and defining it for the world to see.
This is my journey.
