I believe in both free choice and predestination, that they can coincide because God created time and therefore can step outside of time, a reality my brain cannot even conceive but I can begin to understand conceptually.

Personal Credo #3
January 23, 2009I believe in spirituality, not religion. I believe in Christ, not Christianity. I believe in the moving, breathing spirit of those who follow Christ, not the sham of televangelists and cold multi-million-dollar churches.
But I also believe humans are human and will make mistakes and will not represent Christ all the time. That is the nature of man, the nature of God, the nature of the world.

Personal Credo #2
January 22, 2009I believe in the Bible’s message. Inspired by God, written by men he chose for their specific personalities and trademarks in writing and perspective, the Bible is not to be taken completely literally. However, it is not to be taken completely metaphorically either. I believe the Bible is artistic, one of the greatest pieces of writing ever put together as well as a well of inspiration due to its very nature as a piece of God’s wisdom on earth.

Personal Credo #1
January 21, 2009I believe in God, the one that began in Judaism and created a new sect now known as Christianity. I believe in God, not Christianity. God is God; Christianity is a label for a group of people who are trying to follow God in whatever way they think is right, whether it is really God’s way or not.
There is a difference.
From what I have experienced and felt, God really is God and really did send himself (yet not himself) down on earth as man to save the world from itself. They call him Jesus Christ. I believe he lived a sinless life and is the best example of how to live. Even if I didn’t believe in his god being, I would still try to follow his lead on how to live life. At least, I hope I would.
